About Scheduling

Event types are reusable booking pages that let others schedule meetings with you or your team.
Calendly offers four event types:
- One-on-one: Meet with one person at a time.
- Group: Meet with multiple invitees at once.
- Collective: Schedule a meeting with multiple hosts and one invitee.
- Round robin: Automatically assign meetings to an available host.
To create an event type, select + Create, choose an event type, and set up your meeting details.
Your available hours, connected calendars, and event type settings work together to determine when invitees can book meetings.
To adjust your availability:
- Available hours: Select Manage availability to update your Calendly schedules.
- Event type settings: Open an event type to adjust its availability and scheduling rules.
Choose which scheduling link you want to share with invitees:
- Landing page: Lets invitees choose from all your active event types. Select the three dots next to View landing page, then Copy link.
- Event type scheduling page: Lets invitees book a specific event type. Select Copy link on the event type card.
Calendly checks your connected calendars for busy times and automatically adds new meetings to your calendar.
To connect a calendar, go to Settings → Scheduling → Calendars.
